RESERVATION POLICY

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the boat for that day.
• A 10% charge will be added for all credit card payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be done according to the following dates of receipt of cancellation:

• • Reservations cancelled at least 4 days before programmed tour will not be penalized.
  • A charge of 50% of the total reservation applies if cancellation is done 72 hours before the tour. A charge of 100% of the total reservation applies if cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour.
  • In all cases, Vela V Sailing will not refund for late cancellations, no shows, or unused portions of packages.
  • The captain will decide if the charter must be cancelled due to inclement weather; in which case the charter can be rescheduled or refunded.
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve.
